Arrival & parking

Altapura is accessible on foot or by car. Val Thorens does not allow on-street parking. The hotel's covered garage requires a reservation, costs €35 per night or €175 per week, and has a 2 m height limit. Resort car parks are another option.

Your stay

The 50 m² Family Duplex overlooks the slopes and accommodates up to two adults and four children.

Food & drink

Half-board costs €68 per person per day and covers dinner only: a set menu at Casa Alta, or up to €68 of à la carte food at Casa Alta, Altayaki or La Laiterie. Drinks cost extra.

Facilities

The wellness area includes an indoor-outdoor pool and is open 09:30–20:00. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. From 18:30 to 20:00, access is restricted to people over 16.

Opening hours

Altapura's winter opening dates are 20 November 2026–17 April 2027; the hotel does not open in summer. Rooms are available from 16:00 and must be vacated before 11:00 on departure day.

Altapura has direct slope access to the Plein Sud chairlift. Val Thorens village is about five minutes away on foot or two minutes by shuttle.
